Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Europe and the United States with UPS. If you do not find your country on the list please contact us.

When will I recive my order?

If we have your product in stock we try to ship it the same day or the next morning. If we do not have it in stock it will take 1-3 days. Once we have shipped it, it takes 2 to 7 days to arrive (the United States may take a little longer due to customs).

Where do you ship from?

We ship all our products from Barcelona, Spain.

How much is the shipping?

The shipping price depends on the dimensions and weight of the packages. It is calculated automatically when you select your country when processing your order.

How can I track my package?

In every order, once prepared and shipped, we add the tracking number in the confirmation email so that you can see where your package is, what day it will be delivered and if there is any delay because of UPS.

Will I have to pay customs clearance fees or taxes?

If your order is sent outside of the European Union, it may be detained in customs clearance and taxes may be applied that are not included in the shipping costs. You as a client are responsible for covering these expenses. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to help.

I was not at home when the package was delivered, what can I do?

If you have not been able to pick up the package, please contact UPS so they can try to deliver the package again. Sometimes they leave a note stating that they have left the package at the pick up point closest to your home and you usually have about 15 days to go pick it up.

However, if the package is returned due to several failed deliveries or more than 15 days have passed and it has not been collected at the pick up point, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that any fees that may have been added for returning the package and the original shipping price will be deducted from the refund.

What happens if I have processed an order and have entered the wrong name or shipping address?

Please check the shipping address carefully before processing the order. If the shipping address is wrong and the package has not yet been sent, contact us so we can change the address. If the package has already been sent we are not responsible if it arrives at another address or the package is lost.
